MyPerDiem is an independent planning tool published by Moulton Holdings LLC.
MyPerDiem.us was built to answer a practical question: “What inputs are driving this travel estimate?” Official travel systems determine authorization and reimbursement, but they are not always convenient for scenario planning or explaining why two estimates differ. This site turns the common rate components into a readable worksheet and links each policy-sensitive assumption back to an official source.
Moulton Holdings LLC maintains the application, source reviews, and corrections. The publisher does not claim government affiliation.
Help military members, federal travelers, families, and travel planners prepare estimates and better questions before relying on an authorization.
Prefer GSA, DTMO, the JTR, Department of State, and other primary government material over summaries or commercial rate sites.

What independence means here
MyPerDiem is not operated, endorsed, or approved by GSA, DTMO, DTS, DFAS, the Department of State, or any military department. Government names and links identify sources and systems users must consult; they do not imply sponsorship. The service does not sell entitlement decisions, collect orders, or request sensitive identity or payment information.
How the site is produced
The calculators use deterministic code rather than a generative model to decide outputs. Automated tools may assist software development and editorial drafting. Moulton Holdings LLC remains responsible for reviewing primary-source links, arithmetic, limitations, and release tests before publishing a substantive update. No government or military credentials are claimed.
How to report a correction
Send the page URL, the statement or calculation at issue, and a link to the current primary source to Moultonholdingsllc@gmail.com. Do not email orders, vouchers, Social Security numbers, travel-card information, or other sensitive records.
