Calculator inputs stay in the browser unless a GSA lookup is requested.
Trip details entered into the calculators are processed in the browser. A report is generated locally. When a user requests a CONUS rate lookup, the selected location, fiscal year, and month are sent to this server so it can request public GSA data.
The site does not ask for names, Social Security numbers, payment cards, orders, vouchers, travel-card details, or uploaded documents.
Security logs may contain request time, URL, browser type, referring page, and network information used for abuse prevention, reliability, and debugging.
The site automatically uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting, and privacy-limited Google Analytics cookieless page measurement. Allowing analytics cookies enables richer visit, session, and general-action measurement. Query strings and URL fragments are removed. Trip locations, dates, rates, expense amounts, and report contents are not sent. Google Signals, advertising storage, and advertising-personalization signals remain disabled for this Analytics tag.
The domain is configured for Google AdSense review. If advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies subject to applicable consent and ad-choice requirements.
Text reports are created and downloaded by the browser. MyPerDiem does not receive or retain the downloaded report.
Use the persistent Privacy choices control to allow or decline analytics measurement. Advertising preferences can be managed through Google Ads Settings and participating industry tools. MyPerDiem is not intended for children and is not an official government website.
